What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise daily grounds operations
• determine work priorities and assign tasks such as fertilizing, irrigating, seeding, mowing, raking, and spraying
• assist employees with critical duties
• coach and counsel staff
• consult with the Director of Grounds on work projects
• supervise the department in the Superintendent’s absence
• communicate safety procedures
• ensure supplies and equipment are available
• address guest concerns and gather feedback
• support employee training and, as needed, interviewing and hiring.
