Compensation is $165,000–$175,000 per year. The Program Manager, Security Operations role is fully remote for candidates based in California, Nevada, or Arizona, with travel to domestic and international client locations as needed. Concentric provides security, intelligence, risk assessment, and protective services to private clients and corporations. The manager coordinates embedded security programs, vendors, employees, and client relationships, while overseeing staffing, performance, compliance, and operational delivery. The role helps align security resources and services with client needs and supports the company’s protective operations and risk management work.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, and placement of embedded employees
• conduct employee check-ins and provide guidance and mentorship
• manage employee lifecycle, timesheets, expenses, and performance
• serve as relationship manager for client managers
• coordinate policy and regulatory compliance
• develop proposals and budgets
• vet and train security resources
• provide in-person management and direct executive protection support for complex operations
• provide billable consulting or security services as requested
• oversee GSOC operations and scheduling
• develop policies and escalation protocols
• maintain client communication and service quality
• travel up to 30% of the time.
