What you'll do

• Enter customer inquiry data accurately into the CRM and generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys about customer preferences and service experience.
• Use lead management tools, compile reports and documentation, and perform cashier duties when requested.
• Provide ethical, customer-focused service and perform other assigned job-related duties.
