What you'll do

• Manage building envelope projects from investigation through contract administration
• write proposals and scopes of work
• lead development of contract documents
• lead site inspections and report writing
• peer review enclosure contract documents
• serve as primary client contact
• lead forensic investigations, condition assessments, testing, commissioning, peer reviews, design, bid-phase services, and contract administration
• develop client relationships and support marketing strategy
• compile RFQ/RFP response packages.
