What you'll do

• Own infrastructure architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle management across facilities and Azure
• lead cloud migration and optimization
• standardize clinic infrastructure
• plan IT for new site launches and mergers and acquisitions
• direct 24/7 infrastructure operations and service performance
• manage vendors and budgets
• lead infrastructure incident response and on-call escalation processes
• partner on cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• build and develop the infrastructure team.

Why this role
