The Intermediate Information Systems Specialist (Onsite) is an onsite role based in Washington, DC. Compensation is not specified. This role exists to provide technical support and asset management within a Tier 2/3 organization. The analyst will interface with internal customers and various technical support teams to ensure efficient hardware and software operations, including troubleshooting, documentation, and inventory management.

- Provide general desktop support, maintain support cases via ServiceNow, troubleshoot computer and printer hardware, manage inventory, support Microsoft Windows 10/11, and provide executive-level service.
