What you'll do

• Administer users in line with our Access Policy.
• Raise and detail change requests for complex features and implementations.
• Understand and implement best practices.
• Escalate issues to the systems vendors support function when required.
• Assist with development and testing of the system.
• Provide responsive technical support for issues on our business systems.
• Become an expert on business systems and provide support to users.
• Take the lead on ensuring that new releases are tested and verified and then brought into production.
