What you'll do

• Evaluate prospective projects
• review proposal specifications and drawings
• participate in pre-bid and bid strategy meetings as required
• prepare take-offs, estimates, and proposals
• assist with client contact and pricing
• support designs and bids
• manage preparation plans and construction details
• track project completion dates
• visit sites to assess conditions and work
• review geotechnical reports and soil boring logs
• direct resources
• prepare project reports and cost analyses
• identify problems and determine resolutions
• follow projects through completion and adhere to safe practices.
