What you'll do

• Answer public questions and complaints and direct customers to appropriate resources
• handle mail, filing, and document records
• enter daily driver route-sheet productivity
• verify and correct Operations payroll daily
• update monthly credit-card expense reports twice monthly
• check drivers in and out as needed
• locate requested files
• make copies, assemble reports, track deadlines, and update calendars
• maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
