Paving Screed Operator is an onsite role in Hagerstown, MD, paying $25–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Operate paving screed equipment to achieve proper asphalt thickness, grade, and smoothness
• monitor material flow and adjust controls
• coordinate paving operations with the paver operator, foreman, and crew
• inspect and maintain screed components
• grease equipment and check fluids
• follow company and job-site safety requirements
• assist with other paving or labor duties as needed.
