What you'll do

• Provide recommendations on data management and governance
• work with team members, including offshore teams, to resolve high-priority issues
• help manage GAIA application pools
• design and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions
• address database performance issues
• monitor and troubleshoot SQL Server Availability Groups, replication, and failovers
• track and renew certificates
• use AI tools and agents to improve productivity and issue diagnosis
• support the on-call rotation.
