The Direct Support Professional, Residential role is onsite in Webster, NY, part-time, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday are off. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour. The Residential Services team supports Lifetime Assistance’s mission to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• support independence and social skills
• help maintain health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• and communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues.
