What you'll do

• Advise and coach leaders and employees on people matters
• build relationships to understand business priorities and team dynamics
• support organizational change
• provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and OSHA-related compliance
• promote compliance with employment laws and workplace safety regulations
• identify development opportunities
• collaborate with cross-functional HR partners
• maintain confidentiality.
