What you'll do

• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, timelines, asset libraries, templates, and procedures
• coordinate production workflows and vendors
• support purchase requests, invoices, and expense tracking
• schedule and distribute internal communications
• coordinate customer visits, executive briefings, facility tours, and meetings
• support trade shows and conferences
• track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and status
• identify process improvements
• provide onsite event support as needed.
