The Registered Nurse (RN) — Psychiatry Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Houston, TX, working full-time nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Complete RN and clinical supervisor orientation and competencies
• ensure next-shift staffing and code-team assignments
• lead daily huddles and clinical team meetings
• review rounds, documentation, breaks, and high-risk patient placement
• complete emergency restraint and seclusion face-to-face reviews
• prepare shift reports and staff evaluations
• support training and compliance.
