What you'll do

• Enter vendor bills and customer invoices in QuickBooks
• match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving records and follow up on discrepancies
• review shipping records for invoice accuracy
• process and record credit card payments
• record cash receipts and apply customer payments
• assist with accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• maintain electronic and paper financial records
• assist with filing, routine reports, and month-end tasks
• communicate about billing and payment questions.
