What you'll do

• Receive shift reports and review care assignments
• document care and incidents
• answer resident call lights, doors, and alarms
• assist with activities of daily living while encouraging self-care
• help with meals, housekeeping, and laundry
• set up and clean dining areas
• support individual and group activities
• observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental status
• respond to emergencies
• follow infection-control and emergency procedures
• maintain confidentiality.
