What you'll do

• Track study budgets and financial data in Clinical Conductor
• record study revenue
• generate and distribute invoices to sponsors and CROs
• monitor payment timelines and at-risk accounts
• resolve billing discrepancies
• conduct collection activities
• support month-end close and study reconciliations
• prepare data for monthly accounts receivable meetings
• follow company policies and SOPs.
