What you'll do

• Maintain daily documentation of activities, progress, milestones, and developmental indicators
• assist the Lead Teacher with assessment data
• communicate with parents and guardians
• engage with children throughout daily routines
• support classroom activities
• assist with diapering, toileting, food preparation and service, and hygiene
• support physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development
• maintain supportive relationships
• ensure children’s safety
• follow Michigan licensing guidelines
• complete at least 24 hours of professional development annually
• and complete CPR/First Aid as needed.

Why this role
