What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff
• review lease applications
• manage occupancy, retention, leasing, and marketing
• monitor market conditions
• manage revenue, collections, expenses, and budgets
• address resident concerns
• oversee maintenance requests
• manage vendor relationships and contracts
• coordinate resident communications and events
• prepare financial and marketing reports
• use property-management systems
• inspect the property
• collaborate with leadership and HR.
