People (HR) Lead

What you'll do

• Own the employee lifecycle in Rippling, including onboarding, records, leaves, and offboarding
• maintain the People/HR knowledge base and employee handbook
• support California wage-and-hour compliance
• lead full-cycle recruiting and seasonal hiring
• design onboarding and growth paths
• advise leaders and manage employee relations
• coach managers
• coordinate benefits and open enrollment with the broker
• partner with Finance on renewal strategy and payroll inputs
• conduct team check-ins and turn feedback into action.
