What you'll do

• Assist with oyster seeding, culling, sorting, and harvesting
• maintain and repair oyster cages, floats, and aquaculture equipment
• operate and maintain boats and watercraft used in farm operations
• monitor oyster growth, health, and water conditions
• handle and package harvested oysters for distribution and sale
• maintain farm, dock, and shoreline areas
• follow food-safety, shellfish-harvesting, and water-quality regulations.
