Youth Sports Site Coordinator

What you'll do

• Set up the site and table
• maintain game schedules and ensure games start and end on time
• address staffing issues during game days
• record and report scores
• help maintain a lively atmosphere
• assist with special weekend activities
• welcome parents and players
• provide guidance
• de-escalate tense situations
• respond professionally to questions and concerns
• file incident reports and complete weekly game-day recap forms.
