What you'll do

• Lead month- and year-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities
• manage hospitality accounting and internal controls
• maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts
• coordinate annual budgets, monthly variance analysis, and quarterly reforecasts
• monitor food, beverage, and labor costs
• oversee tax compliance, accounts payable, payroll and tip-credit compliance
• and serve as the primary liaison for external audits.
