Part-Time Accountant

What you'll do

• Record daily financial transactions and update the general ledger
• classify debits and credits
• process vendor invoices and bill payments
• track customer billings and expense reports
• reconcile bank and credit card statements
• assist with financial statements and budget variance reports
• gather and organize documents for quarterly reviews and tax filings. The posting requests an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, two or more years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
