The Virtual CIO / Solutions Architect — Azure & SharePoint role is hybrid in Slidell, LA. The salary range is $90,000–$100,000 per year. The role provides strategic IT leadership and presales solution design for small and midsize business clients, partnering with customer success managers on roadmaps, business reviews, and executive discussions. The position connects clients’ business goals with technology plans and designs cloud and collaboration solutions. It supports solution scoping, proposals, migrations, adoption, and proof-of-concept work across Azure and SharePoint, while helping the client-facing team strengthen its presales capabilities.

What you'll do

• Partner with customer success managers on multi-year technology roadmaps and strategy sessions
• provide budget forecasting, lifecycle planning, and IT governance frameworks
• assess infrastructure and recommend optimization
• support QBR preparation and executive updates
• assist with vendor and contract reviews
• identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• design, scope, and price Azure solutions
• lead SharePoint solution design
• create technical presentations, proposals, and SOWs
• collaborate on proof-of-concept deployments
• train customer-facing colleagues on Azure and SharePoint opportunities
• recommend technology adoption strategies aligned with the company’s standard stack.
