What you'll do

• Manage and resolve help desk tickets, including hardware and software service requests
• maintain hardware and software asset inventories
• support office equipment and digital resources including access control, printers, Wi-Fi, and IP phones
• assist with password resets, login issues, mobile device questions, and email archiving
• help users create Teams groups and channels or SharePoint sites
• create application job aids for managers.
