The Residential Supportive Housing Assistant Manager – Second Shift role is onsite in Bloomfield, CT. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, and the annual salary is $52,499.98. The Assistant Manager supports daily residential operations, staff leadership, and coordinated, person-centered services. The role helps ensure safe supports that promote participants’ independence and quality of life, including medication oversight, documentation, and implementation of individual and behavioral programs.

What you'll do

• Support residential operations, staff supervision, scheduling, orientation, and training
• ensure compliance with agency policies, DDS regulations, and program standards
• remain on duty until relief staff is secured when necessary
• implement daily routines and individual support plans
• promote participant advocacy, independence, and rights
• provide individual counseling for minor adjustment issues and escalate concerns
• assist with behavioral programs and restraint procedures per policy
• oversee medication administration with nursing staff and maintain medication records
• complete required logs and Therap documentation
• communicate operational issues to the Residential Manager
• coordinate transportation and participate in agency events.
