What you'll do

• Assess patient health status and needs
• develop, implement, and document nursing care plans
• provide patient and family education
• administer medications, IVs, and blood products according to policy
• perform nursing procedures
• monitor vital signs and patient responses
• recognize and respond to acute changes
• coordinate with physicians, staff, case managers, and families
• support discharge planning and patient safety.
