The Chief Medical Officer role is onsite in New York, NY, with a stated annual salary range of $260,000–$325,000. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and some weekends as needed. What you'll do

• Lead clinical quality, patient safety, and quality-improvement programs
• oversee provider recruitment, credentialing, performance, and development
• maintain clinical policies and regulatory compliance
• oversee ancillary services
• partner with executive leadership on strategy, operations, and budgets
• report to the board
• represent BCHN in the community
• support new sites and special projects
• provide direct primary care at least three days per week.
