The consultant guides homeowners from initial consultation through signed contract by understanding project goals and budgets, developing concepts, guiding design and material selections, and presenting proposals. The role contributes to successful remodeling projects by coordinating with estimating, design support, purchasing, and production while maintaining client communication and follow-through.

What you'll do

• Meet prospective clients in the design center and in their homes
• understand project goals, priorities, budgets, timelines, and decision processes
• assess project fit
• develop initial concepts and project direction
• guide design and material selections
• present design retainers, proposals, and contracts
• collaborate with estimating, design support, purchasing, and production
• maintain client communication and follow-through
• travel locally.
