Store Manager, Car Wash

What you'll do

• Lead and coach team members
• support hiring, development, and retention
• cover General Manager responsibilities during the GM’s absence
• address customer and employee concerns
• support scheduling and daily tasks
• troubleshoot equipment with Facilities and IT
• maintain safety and preventive maintenance practices
• coach sales interactions and use KPI tools to support membership revenue and retention
• assist with payroll review and approval.
