Renal Dietitian

What you'll do

• Document nutrition assessments, care plans, instruction, and goals
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning
• educate patients, families, and staff
• assist with dialysis prescription development based on kinetic modeling and protocols
• complete bone management responsibilities and assist nurses with medication dosing
• participate in monthly QAPI meetings and action plans
• collaborate with outside facilities and agencies
• maintain confidentiality.
