Lead, Field Maintenance Support

The Lead, Field Maintenance Support role is onsite in New York, NY. The expected base salary is $105,000–$140,000 per year. The role supports RADAR’s deployed retail technology platform and coordinates with Customer Support, Engineering, Deployment Operations, and field service partners.

What you'll do

• Own field escalations from triage through resolution and validation
• determine when onsite technician dispatch is needed
• coordinate technicians, customers, site access, scheduling, and materials
• guide troubleshooting of hardware, networking, connectivity, power, and cabling
• coordinate replacement equipment and returns
• document findings and resolutions
• monitor vendor performance and recurring issues
• develop technician training, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance workflows
• track incidents and improve first-time resolution.
