The superintendent is the primary on-site contact and coordinates with the Central Services Center, including Project Management, Estimating, Accounting, and Dispatch. The role exists to lead commercial HVAC installation execution and deliver safe, predictable, high-quality outcomes. It supervises installers, coordinates job readiness, manages execution risks, and enforces safety, quality, and documentation standards throughout project milestones.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee installation execution
• ensure work is planned and performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• identify execution risks and take corrective action
• supervise and support installers
• coach crews on safety, workmanship, and documentation
• coordinate job readiness with Project Managers, including materials, access, permits, schedule constraints, and inspections
• escalate scope gaps, material delays, and schedule risks
• enforce safety standards and stop-work authority
• conduct milestone inspections and jobsite audits
• maintain punch-list discipline and prevent rework.
