The Staff Product Engineer — AI Silicon role is onsite in Austin, TX. Compensation is $175,000–$205,000 per year. Mythic is building next-generation AI silicon, and this role supports bringing its chip products through validation and production ramp. The engineer owns product health across silicon bring-up, characterization, testing, yield learning, and manufacturing correlation. Working with design, test, reliability, quality, and manufacturing teams and external partners, the role identifies product issues and improves quality, manufacturability, and production readiness.

What you'll do

• Drive product engineering strategy across silicon bring-up, characterization, yield learning, screening, qualification support, and production ramp
• own product health across wafer sort, package test, characterization, and manufacturing correlation
• analyze silicon and test data to identify yield issues and performance limiters
• work with design, DFT, test, reliability, quality, and manufacturing teams
• coordinate with OSATs and foundries on product flows
• improve infrastructure, automation, and analytics for monitoring, failure analysis, and yield learning.

Why this role
