Project Manager, Advanced Technology and Mission Critical is an onsite role in Bellevue, WA, with a salary range of $135,000–$185,000 per year. The role supports GLY Construction’s delivery of technically sophisticated commercial construction projects. The project manager guides projects from conceptual planning through closeout, balancing preconstruction strategy, execution, risk, cost, quality, and schedule. The position coordinates multidisciplinary teams and builds relationships with owners, designers, consultants, and trade partners to achieve project goals.

What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction planning, estimating, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• coordinate procurement and trade partners
• manage project execution through design coordination, construction, commissioning, turnover, and warranty
• monitor costs, schedules, quality, and project risks
• lead meetings and closeout activities
• mentor project staff
• support client relationships and business development.
