What you'll do

• Take and enter guest orders accurately in the POS system
• deliver requested items promptly
• respond to guest needs and satisfaction
• communicate special requests to the kitchen
• maintain menu knowledge
• prepare checks and collect payment or signature
• clean and maintain restaurant equipment
• keep delivery carts and storage areas stocked and orderly
• follow safe food-handling procedures
• maintain in-room minibars
• and check item quality and expiration dates.
