This role supports the IBHS-ABA Services department at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc., which provides behavioral health services to the community. The BCBA establishes clinical practice protocols, conducts case conferencing, and provides both clinical and personnel supervision to BHT clinical staff.
What you'll do
- Develop comprehensive reports, programs, and data systems.
- Ensure staff are supervised according to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clinical oversight, complete clinical record reviews, ensure staff training, and monitor agency compliance.
- Perform managerial audits and participate in strategic planning.
