What you'll do

• Support opening and closing, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, receiving, shipping, returns, and stock organization
• assist customers and support sales through product knowledge and upselling
• help resolve customer issues
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching
• participate in planning and setup of a new store
• use ERP/POS systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and workflows
• monitor performance and support operational improvements.
