Leveraged Finance/Private Credit Associate Attorney

Through structuring, negotiating, and managing financing transactions, the associate supports clients’ lending and capital needs.

What you'll do

• Lead and support sponsor-backed acquisition financings, including cross-border and multi-currency transactions
• structure and negotiate cash-flow and asset-based lending facilities
• handle multi-lender and syndicated credit facilities
• work on mezzanine and subordinated debt and preferred equity co-investments
• advise on liability management transactions
• manage amend-and-extend transactions, refinancings, and recapitalizations.
