What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• answer telephones
• execute orders and service requests
• recommend additional or substitute products
• use computer systems for invoicing, credits, returns, procurement, and cash reconciliation
• load and unload vehicles
• stock and organize products
• make deliveries as needed
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• participate in the after-hours emergency call rotation.
