What you'll do

• Prepare food promptly after orders are placed
• stock and prepare the unit for the next shift
• know the menu and daily features and ensure food is cooked and presented correctly
• follow service, food-handling, cash-security, and restaurant policies
• complete assigned preparation and cleaning
• control waste and portions
• report safety concerns and customer complaints to the manager.
