What you'll do

• Greet, register, instruct, and assist patients and families
• enter demographic and financial information
• verify insurance eligibility and communicate coverage and payment responsibilities
• collect copays, coinsurance, and deductibles and set up payment plans
• answer phones and return voicemails
• provide medical records according to HIPAA guidelines
• assist in emergencies by performing CPR and documenting as needed.
