What you'll do

• Install, service, and repair appliances, doors, windows, locks, flooring, walls, roofs, plumbing fixtures, heating and air-conditioning units, electrical wiring, and related systems
• diagnose common mechanical and structural issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• complete repairs in compliance with applicable codes
• paint
• maintain grounds and remove snow
• inspect facilities
• maintain work-order and repair records
• assist with moving and equipment setup.
