Billing Specialist

The role coordinates billing and estimates for open restoration jobs and keeps customers, insurance carriers, and project managers informed. Accurate job files, invoices, estimates, and status updates help projects move through the production and billing cycle.

What you'll do

• Review job files for carrier requirements throughout production
• prepare and finalize invoices for customers and insurance carriers
• create mitigation project estimates using Xactimate
• communicate and monitor project status with project managers and insurance companies
• prepare job-file uploads and reports
• respond to client project inquiries
• create and submit final billing documentation.
