What you'll do

• Monitor assigned loan portfolios for compliance with loan documents, including insurance, property taxes, and payments
• pursue delinquent payments and required documentation
• analyze operating statements, rent rolls, collateral valuations, and financial statements
• maintain debt coverage and loan-to-value data
• monitor property inspections
• coordinate with correspondents and resolve servicing issues
• analyze transfer, assumption, and modification requests
• validate servicing-system data
• prepare payoff quotes and loan status statements
• process payoffs, reconveyances, and escrow analyses
• maintain loan files and respond to inquiries.
