Customer Success Supervisor — Hybrid

The Customer Success Supervisor role is hybrid and based out of one of Cornerstone Building Brands’ western manufacturing facilities, with onsite work two days per week. What you'll do

• Plan and prioritize daily work using CRM, telecom, configuration systems, and dashboards
• assign schedules and responsibilities
• manage credit memos within approval authority
• monitor service levels and customer interactions
• resolve inquiries about product quality, delivery, warranties, availability, pricing, and billing
• lead training and onboarding
• support hiring and development
• implement process improvements
• manage escalations
• and coach team members against goals and KPIs.
