What you'll do

• Prepare monthly owner billings and supporting documents
• monitor receivables and follow up on invoices
• maintain project accounting records
• analyze costs and variances with project managers
• process contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• manage lien waivers, insurance certificates, and W-9s
• support project closeouts, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and reporting
• contribute to process improvements.

Why this role
