What you'll do

• Manage workers’ compensation cases and appointments
• coordinate follow-up, authorizations, and communication with physicians, case managers, employers, and adjusters
• prepare dictation for billing
• enter missed appointments and patient demographics
• obtain authorizations for treatment, therapy, evaluations, second opinions, and surgery
• coordinate independent medical exams
• maintain carrier and employer relationships
• submit permanent partial disability ratings after patient dismissal.
